Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all products and services provided by A&A Marine Accessories (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“Customer” or “you”) agrees to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Deposits and Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price is required prior to the commencement of any project. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion and prior to the release of the product. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or pickup of any product until full payment has been received.

Custom Orders and Specifications
All products are custom-built in accordance with the specifications provided and approved by the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, dimensions, design selections, and other specifications. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, discrepancies, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer once production has commenced.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of all products, all sales are final. The Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Marine Accessories shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, or loss of income, arising from or related to the use, misuse, handling, or performance of its products.

Assumption of Risk
The Customer acknowledges that the use of marine equipment and accessories involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, the Customer assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with their use, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, and operation.

Transfer of Responsibility
Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the Customer upon pickup or delivery. The Company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration occurring after the product has been released to the Customer or a third party on the Customer’s behalf.

Product Care and Maintenance
The Customer is responsible for proper care, storage, and maintenance of the product. The Company shall not be held liable for damage resulting from environmental exposure, improper use, neglect, or failure to maintain the product.

Taxes and Additional Fees
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders in accordance with state and local laws. Additional fees may apply based on customizations, special requests, or other agreed-upon services.

Cancellations and Modifications
Requests for cancellations or modifications must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation. Requests made after this period may be denied or subject to additional charges. Deposits remain non-refundable once production has commenced.

Delays and Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays in production or delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, supplier delays, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or transportation issues.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and any details submitted through contact forms or custom order inquiries, as well as limited non-personal information to improve our services. This information is used to respond to inquiries, process orders, communicate with you, and enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, and it will only be shared when necessary to fulfill your request or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
